Our Location & Lifestyle
Recently built in 2022, our simply designed seaside apartments are located right on the beachfront, in the heart of authentic Moroccan daily life. Just a few steps from Plage d’Anza, known for its excellent surf waves, our location is perfect for learning to surf in the Atlantic Ocean. A professional surf school is only about 50 meters away.
Each apartment offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, soap, and toilet paper. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast at Café Sliman in the building from 9:00 AM (extra charge) or have it delivered to their room.
The property features two large rooftop terraces with sea views, comfortable seating areas, sofas, and a shared laundry room with a washing machine and drying racks. Surfboards and strollers can be safely stored at the accommodation.
On the beachfront promenade, you’ll find playgrounds, a skatepark, sports facilities, and open spaces for walking and relaxing. Within walking distance, you can visit a dolphin park. About 20 minutes by car, you can explore Crocoparc Agadir, a beautiful park worth visiting for both adults and children. Every Wednesday, the local Anza souk is held nearby, where visitors can discover spices, fresh vegetables, and traditional Moroccan products.
Port d’Agadir is 4.8 km away, Marina d’Agadir is 6.9 km away, and the historic ruins of Agadir Oufella are just 7 km from the property. The nearest airport, Aéroport d’Agadir-Al Massira, is located 27 km away, with airport transfers available upon request for an additional fee.
I personally learned to surf on Anza Beach and grew up just around the corner, which makes this place not only a business, but a true part of my story and passion.
